Are you a luxury eco-lodge, boutique Airbnb host, day spa, or wilderness retreat looking to elevate your guest amenity experience?
- All-Inclusive Pricing: All bulk tier package options (50 to 2,000 units) include complimentary domestic road courier shipping Australia-wide. The price you see is the final price you pay.
- 100% Upfront Payment Required: Due to the custom, small-batch nature of our production, full payment at checkout is required to secure your manufacturing slot.
- Artisanal Production Lead Times: As a small-batch manufacturer, please allow a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for production, curing and packaging cycles before dispatch on bulk orders of 50 –600 bars, and 6 to 8 weeks for orders of 1,000+ bars.
- Cancellation & Return Policy: Once an order is processed, raw materials are instantly allocated to your batch. Because these items are made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns once production has commenced.

- Products purchased under our wholesale tiers are supplied fully compliant, retail-ready, and wrapped with mandatory ingredient labelling. They must not be repackaged or altered without written consent.
- All wholesale orders are supplied in our official BALU branded packaging, complete with mandatory Australian cosmetic ingredient labeling. To ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, packaging must not be removed, altered, or stickered over prior to guest use or retail sale.
